FOXBORO, Mass. (WLNE) — Massachusetts State Police released footage from a civilian’s dash cam of the potential Foxboro highway shooting suspect that left one man dead.

MSP has been asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the owner of a silver colored car believed to be involved in the deadly highway shooting in Foxboro on Feb. 3.

Officials released updated information today that the suspect’s vehicle was caught on a civilian’s dash cam.

The vehicle has been potentially identified as a Hyundai Sonata with cosmetic modifications.

The victim, identified as 37-year-old Justin Parker, died after the driver of the sedan fired multiple gunshots into his car.

The footage was captured moments after the driver or passenger of the sedan fired multiple shots into Parker’s Mercedes.

Parker’s car then swerved into a Lexus SUV being driven by a family, causing that vehicle to crash off the highway. The Lexus occupants survived.

After impacting the SUV, Parker’s car struck the center guard rail.

He was then transported to the hospital but did not survive.

Investigators are continuing asking for the public’s assistance with any information on the ownership or location of the vehicle in the photo.

Anyone with information is asked to call 781-327-9801.
