Police responded to the 52 Blake Street home at approximately 12:30 a.m. Monday after receiving a 911 call claiming an occupant was in possession of a firearm and acting belligerently.
The 911 caller, the suspect’s sister, and a male and female resident exited the building per police request.
Bagley refused to exit the building at the request of Warwick officers and he was believed to be in possession of a firearm, according to Warwick PD.

SWAT personnel entered the residence at approximately 9:30 a.m. and took Bagley into custody without incident.
No one was injured during the incident.
He was in possession of a firearm when encountered by SWAT personnel, according to Warwick PD.
