UPDATE: Rhode Island DMV offices now open

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — All Rhode Island DMV offices are now open, according to the Rhode Island Department of Revenue.

The offices were slated to open at noon due to the global IT disruption.

All DMV appointments scheduled for Friday morning will be honored through Wednesday, July 31
