UPDATE: Victim in Easton shooting recovering, two connected vehicles recovered

EASTON, Mass. (WLNE) — Police have given an update on their investigation into Tuesday’s shooting on Robert Drive in Easton.

Officers say while no charges have been filed, an 18-year-old man from Brockton is being held on gun charges.

Meanwhile, two vehicles connected to the shooting have been recovered in Mansfield and Brockton.

The victim, a 16-year-old girl who was hit in the face, is said to now be recovering in a Boston hospital.
