Warm Start to the Week!

Good Monday evening! It’s been a magnificent start to the week, but we have some changes as we look ahead.

Overnight we stay mostly clear and temperatures hover around 50 degrees as we wake up on Tuesday morning. We’ll start our Tuesday with sunshine and temperatures quickly climb. Highs will be in the mid 60s along the coast, and in the low 70s inland. Not a bad start, but we will see winds kicking up with gusts in the 20s during the day. We’ll also see clouds increase throughout the afternoon and evening as our next storm system moves closer.

This system, however, will lose a lot of steam as it reaches Southern New England very late Tuesday night. It will throw a few showers our way in the very early hours of Wednesday morning, but the rain is largely gone by mid-morning. The rest of Wednesday looks decent enough! Temperatures will still be above average (mid 60s coast, low 70s inland), and clouds will decrease later in the afternoon. It’ll still be windy, however, with gusts in the 20s.
