Warm weather continues this week, but colder air returns for Halloween
It was a a record warm October day across parts of New England. Providence-T.F. Green tied a record (1963, 1998) with 75 degrees.
Which other records this week may not be as attainable, we will have a shot to come close as the warm weather continues.
The dry weather will continue as well, with intervals of clouds and sun through Friday. Saturday should be mainly sunny as we come close to 80 degrees!
But big changes will follow – Sunday will be cloudier and cooler with highs back in the 60s, and potentially a light PM shower, which would keep our streak of wet weekends going.
Monday sees a better chance for showers as a slow-moving cold front pushes through, exposing much colder air (and blustery conditions) as we head into Halloween on Tuesday.
Highs Tuesday will only reach the low 50s, trick-or-treat weather will be in the 40s, and lows Wednesday morning will be down in the 30s!
Have a great night.
