Warmer, Wetter Week Ahead

We’re starting the week off with beautiful sunshine, but with below-average temperatures too. We’re waking up to the teens (with wind chill values in the single digits), and highs will be in the low 30s. It won’t be quite as breezy as Sunday was, but you’ll want the layers nonetheless.

Tuesday begins a warmer, albeit windier trend, as air from the south flies into southern New England ahead of our next storm. The result will be highs in the upper 40s, but wind gusts in the 20s. We’ll keep the sunshine around for the most part as well.

Temperatures jump again midweek, with highs on Wednesday and Thursday in the mid 50s! However, our next storm arrives on Wednesday as well. This will drive gusty winds and heavy rain through the region from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning.

Friday will be sunnier, but temperatures will fall back into the 40s.

Have a great week!
