Warmth has arrived!

Gorgeous today and tomorrow with mild temperatures.  Sun will reign today with increasing clouds for tomorrow, remaining dry.  An offshore coastal low along with a strong cold front will move into the region and vicinity by Friday night.  Gray skies will prevail through Saturday with chance of rain late Friday night into Saturday first part of the day.  Conditions improve by Sunday with sunny skies and colder temperatures with gusty winds.  This scenario will extend into Monday and possibly Tuesday.  Another storm system may bring wind-swept rain Tuesday night into Wednesday.  At this time, Thanksgiving seems to be spared.  Temperatures in the mid-40s with mostly sunny skies.
