Warwick Co-op rallied for two goals in the third to beat Mt. St. Charles 3 to 2 in the third and deciding game of the DeCosta Division Title Series.
The Titans won the Emma Division a year ago, and now make it back-to-back titles by claiming the DeCosta crown.
