Warwick comes out for Spooky Fest before heavy rains

WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — Warwick residents were out at Rocky Point to experience the second annual Spooky Fall Festival before heavy rains set in Sunday.

The event was set to feature vendors, food trucks, police department demonstrations, a hayride and petting zoo, and more.

The Warwick Police Department said the event had to be shut down at 12:30 p.m. due to inclement weather.
