Warwick parents facing neglect charges stemming from child’s drowning

WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — A Warwick couple are facing neglect and cruelty charges in connection with their child’s drowning.

The three-year-old child drowned in August of 2023.

Police later investigated the home and found it in complete squalor.
