Warwick Public Schools announce early dismissal Thursday due to heat

WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — Warwick Public Schools will be closing early tomorrow due to heat concerns.

Superintendent Lynn Dambruch confirmed with ABC 6 that students would be dismissed two and a half hours early on Thursday.

Temperatures are expected to reach a high of 95 degrees, and is expected to be the hottest day of the heat wave of Rhode Island.
