Warwick woman hit by car in road rage incident

A Warwick woman was sent to the hospital Tuesday night after an apparent road rage incident.

Police say 22-year-old Justin Franca hit the 39-year old-woman with his car after an argument near the 7-11 on West Shore Road.

The woman was hit around 10:00 p.m. after she got out of her car to talk to Franca.

No word on what sparked the argument.

Franca will be arraigned sometime Wednesday.

The woman remains in the hospital with serious injuries.
