PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — WaterFire Providence said it is asking for children’s drawing of the rabbit that was saved from the water during the installation’s Fourth of July show.

The drawings are to be included in a new children’s book, “The WaterFire Bunny.”

Organizers also released two “wanted posters” of the rabbit as well as the woman who rescued who, and are asking the woman to email the installation at bunny@waterfire.org.

Children are asked to submit drawings that include illustrations of the rescue, the rabbit, named Mr. Bunaby Bunny after WaterFire’s founder, or of the rescuer.

Awards for submitted drawings include being brought out onto a boat before a lighting and having illustrations included in the finished book.

More information on the contest can be found here.
