Watson Pond State Park closed to swimming due to vandalism

TAUNTON, Mass. (WLNE) — The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation said that the swimming area of Watson Pond State Park has been temporarily closed due to vandalism.

The department said the closure is “effective immediately.”

The restrictions will remain in place to allow for cleanup and removal efforts “until further notice.”
