West Nile Virus found in N. Kingstown, Fall River mosquitoes

For the first time this summer, West Nile has been found in mosquitoes in Rhode Island.
It turned up in a sample from the central area of North Kingstown.
Late summer and fall is the time of year we usually see a rise in mosquito-borne diseases.
West Nile has also been found in mosquitoes in Fall River near St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
