Westerly man dies after motorcycle crash in Connecticut

WATERFORD, Conn. (WLNE) — The Waterford Police Department said a Westerly man died in a motorcycle crash on Route 32 on Oct. 25.

Police said the crash occurred around 11 p.m. at Smith Cove.

The motorcycle had struck a guardrail and ejected the rider into a wooded area.

55-year-old Thomas Peabody was pronounced dead on the scene.
