A dirt road off of American Legion Highway that leads back to the property in question.
A half dozen investigators were combing through the 70-acre property at 465 American Legion Highway, which has over 20 tenant farms that are in various degrees of condition.
Hundreds of dead and injured animals, makeshift cabins, burning trash, and illegal stoves were found on the 70-acre property.
Multiple farm animals were spotted including three goats, seven dogs, two adult cats, a Canada Goose, pigeon, and pigs.
The property was covered in wood, with multiple homemade sheds and a few buildings in really bad disrepair.
Police describe the farm animals as living in "deplorable conditions."
