Westport Attorney General suing F&R Auto Sales

Westport, Mass. — A Westport used auto dealership has been ordered to stop selling unsafe cars.

The Massachusetts Attorney General is suing F&R Auto Sales.

The AG’s office says they have received more than 100 complaints since 2012 about the dealership from customers who say they use unfair and deceptive practices along with selling defective vehicles.

The Attorney General’s complaint is seeking relief and restitution for customers including penalties, costs, and attorney’s fees.
