59-year-old Paul St. Martin, a Level 3 sex offender from Hanson, was charged with one count of Open and Gross Lewdness.
Officials said on July 27, officers responded to the area of Route 18 and Route 27 for a report of a man who allegedly exposed himself to two juvenile girls. The suspect had fled the scene, but the victims were able to identify that the man’s car had an Indiana license plate.

Officers said they were able to determine that the vehicle was rented by St. Martin and obtained his home address in Hanson.
