Wicked Warm Wednesday

We have a warm Wednesday before us. Expect lots of sunshine and a few clouds with temperatures topping out in the lower-80s in areas away from the coast. Along the beaches, expect high temperatures near 75 at the beaches today. A warm front will start to impact Southern New England tonight with rain that will be locally heavy as well as the chance of thunderstorms. Thursday morning commute will likely be a slow one with localized road ponding due to heavy rain associated with thunderstorms and reduced visibilities. Showers and thunderstorms are here through noon with a chance of showers finishing out the day. Thursday highs will be in the lower-70s and it will be quite muggy. Friday begins early with a slight chance of a shower then clearing to mostly sunny. It will be a warm finish to the week with highs in the lower-80s. This weekend has a bit more optimism with Saturday’s forecast featuring a good deal of sunshine, cooler highs in the 70s and lower humidity. Sunday looks unsettled with mainly cloudy skies and the chance of showers. Monday will be unsettled too with highs in the 70s.
