Wicked Warm Wednesday Weather!

Don’t you just love alliteration? Well, if you savor the feeling of a Florida summer, you’ll also love today’s forecast. While temperatures will be in the mid to upper 80s, the humidity, once again, will make it feel like it’s closer to 95 degrees outside today. For that reason, our Heat Advisory has been extended to last through 8 PM tonight.
While we deal with heat and humidity, northern New England, Upstate New York & Pennsylvania will be dealing with what’s left of Beryl. If you have family in these areas, give them a shout and let them know that there is a threat for flooding and severe weather today. Aside from flooding, the main threats are damaging winds and tornadoes.
Closer to home, a shower or two, and a rumble of thunder, may try and squeak by us tomorrow. That said any precipitation will be relatively spotty and short-lived. Temperatures on Thursday afternoon will be back in the mid 80s. Friday is nearly identical, but by Saturday, we have an increased chance of a shower or storm in the early half of the day.
