Wildlife refuge in Seekonk closed due to police activity
SEEKONK, Mass. (WLNE) — The Seekonk Police Department said that officers were performing a “non-criminal investigation” at the Caratunk Wildlife Refuge Sunday.
The department said there was no danger or threat to the public stemming from the investigation.
In addition, the refuge posted on Facebook that it would be closed for the rest of the day and on March 31.
