Wind eases into Wednesday but frigid conditions remain

The Wind Advisory has expired this evening, but it is still going to be brutally cold as we head into Wednesday.

Breezy conditions persist tonight, which will send wind chills down into both the positive and negative single digits. Bundle up tomorrow morning!

The wind will continue to relax, but highs Wednesday still won’t escape the 20s.

Sun will give way to clouds on Thursday, and the potential big snow that we had talked about as a possibility will pass mostly offshore. We could still see a dusting across much of the area.

Windy conditions return for Friday, but we do expect a bit of a warmup as we head through the weekend and into next week – even if that warmup only takes us back to seasonable temperatures.

Highs will reach the low 40s Sunday through the midweek, with mostly quiet weather.
