Wind subsides and temperatures rise this week
It was a gusty day out there, with 40-50 mph wind gusts across the board. This made the mid-40s feel more like the mid-30s.
While it will still be breezy tonight into Tuesday, northwest winds will begin to relax a bit. Tuesday will be an otherwise lovely day with abundant sunshine and highs soaring into the 50s.
We will make a run at 60 Wednesday into Thursday under partly sunny skies. Rain holds off until Friday, but even then it doesn’t look like anything heavy right now.
The rain should exit early Saturday morning, which would mean dry conditions for the annual Newport St. Patrick’s parade. Another round of rain is possible late in the day on Sunday.
Have a fantastic week!
