Woman accused of assault with cinder block, shoe identified by police

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Providence police have identified a suspect in an Atwells Avenue assault that occurred Saturday morning in the parking lot of Opa Restaurant.
Ashley Soto-Morales was charged with two counts of felony assault for the incident that occurred around 2 a.m.
The victim reported he was in an argument with Morales when two men began hitting him in the head.
Morales then allegedly struck the man with a cinder block and a high-heeled shoe.
