Woman arrested after allegedly breaking into vehicle in Fall River

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — The Fall River Police Department said a woman was arrested for allegedly breaking into a vehicle early Monday morning.

Around 12:45 a.m., officers responded to the area of Ridge Street and Morgan Street after a caller reported that their vehicle was broken into.

At the scene, the caller told police they followed the suspect after witnessing the breaking and entering, according to Fall River police.

The suspect, 33-year-old Alexandra Rogers, was allegedly found in possession of items that were taken from the caller’s vehicle.

Rogers was taken into custody and is charged with breaking and entering to a vehicle in the nighttime for a felony.
