Woman charged with DUI after crash in East Providence

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The East Providence Police Department said a 44-year-old woman was charged with DUI after a crash on Crescent View Avenue on April 12.

Police were called to the area around 10 p.m. for reports of a two car head-on collision.

The department said that the arrested woman was transported to the hospital with minor injuries, while the other vehicle had two occupants who also had minor injuries.
