Woman suffers head injury after crash in Charlestown

CHARLESTOWN, R.I. (WLNE) — The Charlestown Police Department said a woman suffered a head injury after a crash on Shannock Road on Thursday.

The crash occurred around 10 a.m., when the vehicle crashed into a tree and stone wall on the left side of the road.

The vehicle then rolled over.

Police said the victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
