Woman’s health forum to be held at State House Thursday

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Thursday afternoon at the state house, state representative Karen Alzate will hold a women’s health forum.

There will be two panel discussions with local health care leaders to outline the most common health issues women in the Ocean State face in addition to facing gaps in education, funding and policy.

That forum will be at 2:30 p.m. in the house chamber.
