Woonsocket Police search for suspect in string of robberies

Woonsocket Police are looking for a suspect in a string of armed robberies that occurred over the past several weeks.

Police have issued an arrest warrant for 33-year-old Joshua Matteson, of Woonsocket, for 3 counts of 1st Degree Robbery and Conspiracy.

Police say Matteson is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
