Worcester police confirm death of missing man with dementia

WORCESTER, Mass. (WLNE)- The Worcester Police Department recovered the body of a missing man with dementia on Wednesday.

Police said the 68 year old’s body was found in Lake Quinsigamond at about 1:50 p.m.

Members of the Worcester Police and Fire Departments had been searching the lake, where the man had last been seen, throughout the day.
