Yet Another Showery Saturday

Friday finishes up the workweek with mostly cloudy skies and seasonable temperatures topping out in the mid to upper-70s. An area of low pressure will pass through the mid-Atlantic region Saturday, leaving us in Southern New England on the northern fringes of the storm. As a result, we will have clouds through the day and showers will develop trough the morning. The highest chance of seeing rain will be along the south coast while chances drop to 40% for Warwick and Providence. Showers end around 2 pm with clouds lingering and chilly high temperatures in the lower-60s. Father’s Day is looking mostly cloudy, dry, and warmer with highs near 68. Temperatures return to the 70s Monday with lots of clouds and highs in the lower-70s. Clouds stick around through midweek and temperatures will moderate into the 80s by Wednesday. Next chance of showers looking to be Thursday.
