Zero deaths reported in recent coronavirus data

PROVIDENCE, R.I (WLNE) – The Rhode Island Department of Health Reported zero confirmed deaths in the most recent round of coronavirus statistics on Wednesday.

The department did confirm 399 positive cases from 17,312 administered tests.

Rhode Island is seeing a 2.3% positivity rate from the day prior, and 2.1% for the week.

At this time, 112 people are hospitalized with the virus.

The state has administered 479,079 total vaccines.
