Bruins to host ‘First Responder Night’ on Monday, honor State Trooper

BOSTON, Mass. (WLNE)- The Boston Bruins will host “First Responder Night” at TD Garden on Monday night as they take on the Los Angeles Kings.
The Bruins will show their support for first responders and frontline workers throughout the night.
A moment of silence will be held for Massachusetts State Police Trooper Tamar Bucci, who died after her cruiser was struck by an oil tanker in Stoneham on Thursday.
The Bruins will present a check worth $400,000 to first responder charities during the game.
All first responders will get 20% off all purchases at the ProShop, with valid ID.
The proceeds from Monday’s 50/50 raffle will benefit Trooper Bucci and the State Police of Massachusetts Benevolent Fund.
