Menante Looking To Earn Historic Three-Peat at Northeast Amateur

It’s Tournament Week at Wannamoisett Country Club.

The 61st Northeast Amateur tees off Wednesday in Rumford.

Tuesday, the players getting the chance to get a feel for the course and play a practice round.

That group includes two-time defending champion Dylan Menante.

The UNC Tar Heel Menante is looking to become just the second player to win the tournament three times and the first do it three years in a row.
