Luke Combs ends Gillette concert early due to weather

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (WLNE) — Luke Combs ended his debut Gillette Stadium show early due to inclement weather Friday night.
On Twitter, Combs said that he would have played “all night” but he was forced to stop due to public safety concerns.
“The Fire Marshall made a call that we couldn’t play anymore for the safety of the public,” the musician said.
Combs reportedly only played eight songs before temporarily stopping the concert.
Due to severe weather in the area, tonight’s Luke Combs concert is temporarily paused. Fans are asked to shelter in place on the main concourse and follow the instructions of staff to ensure everyone’s safety.
Thank you for your patience as we await the passing of this weather.…
