Meet Greenville’s real-life Elf on the Shelf

GREENVILLE, R.I. (WLNE) — Smiles, snowball fights and Christmas joy were in full effect at Saint Philip School in Greenville, the week before class let out for school vacation.

Principal Keith Kline came to school as the real-life Elf on the Shelf.

Each day, parents, students and staff were surprised with a different theme as Kline greeted them in the school drop-off line.

“Every day, [Klein] walks through our school doors and goes above and beyond for all of his students, parents, teachers, and our whole school community. He does everything in his power to make sure everyone is happy and having a great day. He truly loves every one of his students, family members, and teachers,” another elf shared with ABC6 News.

From making smores around a fire pit, to saying some extra prayers for those who may need them this season, the Elf even went fishing and enjoyed a snowball fight with Buddy the Elf, all before flying back to the North Pole to help Santa.
