Report: Patriots Showing Interest in Le’Veon Bell

Free agent running back Le’veon Bell is receiving interest from the New England Patriots, according to a report out of Miami.

The Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs are considered the front runners to land Bell, who was cut by the New York Jets Wednesday.

When asked about Bell, Patriots head coach Bill Belichick referred back to his previous statements on the All Pro.

In 2016, Belichick said on Bell “He’s a tremendous player, great hands, catches the ball, very quick, makes people miss, strong, breaks tackles, excellent balance, tough, doesn’t run out of bounds, fights for extra yardage…as good as anybody we’ll play.”
