Report: Celtics Expected to Sign Jayson Tatum to Max Deal

The Boston Celtics are expected to sign wing Jayson Tatum to a maximum contract extension, according to the New York Times.

Tatum is entering the final year of his rookie deal and is coming off his best season as a professional.

Gordon Hayward opted out of the final year of his own max deal with Boston Thursday.
