PC Hockey Series With BC Postponed, Friars To Open at Northeastern December 4

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Hockey East Association announced today (Nov. 23) the following schedule changes for the upcoming weekend of Nov. 27-29:

The Providence College men’s hockey team will now open up the 2020-21 season on Friday, Dec. 4 against Northeastern at Matthews Arena at 3:30 p.m. The series against Boston College has been postponed and will be played on Feb. 19-20.

The Providence College women’s hockey team will now play at Boston College on Friday, Nov. 27, before hosting the Eagles on Saturday, Nov. 28 at 3 p.m. Friday’s game can be seen live on NESN beginning at 2 p.m.
