Free “Grrridiron Girls” Football Camp Held in Johnston

Johnston high school is putting together its own girls’ flag football team.

It’s fitting that the town hosted a free camp for the sport this afternoon.

Dr. Jen Welter, the first female coach in the history of the NFL was on hand for her non-profit, “Grrridiron Girls.”
