Patriots To Play Dolphins Without Two Key Offensive Weapons

The Patriots will be without running back Damien Harris and wide receiver Julian Edelman for Sunday’s must win game against the Miami Dolphins. The Edelman news was first reported by the Boston Globe.

Harris, the team’s leading rusher, has been officially ruled out with an ankle injury. He was also seen leaving New England’s last game against the Los Angeles Rams with an ailment.

Edelman has been on injured reserve since October. He reportedly had a procedure on his knee.

The receiver practiced this week, activating a three-week window to get him back onto the game field before losing him for the year. Despite being spotted at all three practices this week, the former Super Bowl MVP will not be activated.
