Fall River man convicted in May 2020 killing

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — The Bristol County District Attorney’s Office said that a man was convicted for the May 2020 killing of Jake Williams.
Rayquan Robinson was found guilty of second-degree murder and armed assault with intent to murder.
Around 11:25 a.m. on May 6, Fall River Police responded to 911 calls regarding a shooting in the area of Mott Street and Warren Street.
Upon arrival, first responders located Williams and rushed him to St. Anne’s Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Robinson was arrested shortly after the shooting.
He is set to be sentenced on May 23.
