Kasim Hill Named URI Starting Quarterback

Kasim Hill will start at quarterback for URI Saturday, head coach Jim Fleming announced.

Hill transfered to Rhode Island from Tennessee where he was a walk on. Prior to that, he played two seasons at Maryland where he started 13 games before getting hurt in his second year.
