WLNE-TV To Be Local Home For URI Men’s & Women’s Basketball

WLNE-TV & URI Athletics are teaming up again.

After a successful Fall for the football program, the station & the school will again join forces to broadcast select Rhody men’s & women’s basketball games on MeTV this winter.

MeTV is subchannel 6.5 in Southern New England.

Three women’s hoops & nine men’s hoops games will be broadcast on the station in conjunction with the university & the Harrington School of Communication & Media.
