URI QB Hunter Helms Enters Transfer Portal

URI quarterback Hunter Helms has announced his intent to transfer.

Helms started the last four games of the Rams’ season, including two FCS playoff games.

He entered the starting lineup after starting QB Devin Farrell was injured.
