PACT Act event to help veterans receive benefits

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Department of Veterans Affairs will host a PACT Act event on Jan. 25.

The goal of the event will be to enroll all veterans in the state to access the benefits they receive from serving.

The event occurs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Woonsocket Elks Lodge.

Veterans will get help and information on VA benefits, the Veterans Benefits Administration, Veterans Inc., and the Elks Lodge Veterans Committee.
