Reports: Celtics Trading Porzingis To Hawks In Three-Team Deal

Another offseason domino reportedly falling Tuesday for the Celtics.
ESPN’s Shams Charania reporting Boston is trading away Kristaps Porzingis to Atlanta in a three-team deal with Brooklyn.

In the trade, the C’s reportedly acquiring forward Georges Niang & a second-round draft pick.
The reported deal also helps move Boston below the NBA’s second apron financially.
Trading Kristaps Porzingis now puts Boston under the second apron.
The Porzingis and Jrue Holiday trades save Boston a projected $180M in tax penalties.
