Accused Newport Cliff vandals face judge

NEWPORT, R.I. (WLNE) — The two women seen smiling for the camera while spray painting the cliff walk faced a judge Wednesday.

Jocelyn Senecal, 22, and Jenna Senecal, 22, both of East Providence, plead not guilty to the vandalism charges Wednesday morning.

Both were released on their own personal recognizance.

The pair turned themselves in to police after a photo showing them vandalizing the sea wall was circulated.
